Login - I forgot my username / password, what can I do?

Login - my Username and/or Password is not working?

Please consider that the login credentials are case sensitive.

You can contact your Schaeffler Store Administrator, he is able to provide your username and to reset your passwort

Login - can I share my password with others at my branch?

No. It is important for security reasons that employees have their own username and password.
If you share your username and password, you are responsible for any changes that are made or orders that are placed under that username.

Order Entry - I do not find a certain part in the catalogue?

Please contact your contact person at Schaeffler.

Order Entry - the displayed netpreis is not consistant with the netprice from the displayed price scale

Please enter the required quantity in the quantity field and request the price again.

Order Entry - I cannot send orders in the Schaeffler Store.

The Schaeffler Store provides different roles for the users. Please request the reuqired role from your local Schaeffler Store Administrator
Schaeffler Store Administrator: Total access and Administration
Buyer: Complete access
Inquirer: Request for Order Status, Pricing and Availability, Quotes
Consumer: Catalog search and request for Availability.

Order Entry - does the Store keep the Cart after the logout from the store?

Yes, after the logout from the store the cart is kept and is available after the new login.

Shipping - how can a shipping address be changed

During the order entry you can select different shipping addresses or add a new one in the section ‘Shipping Options’ via the button ‘Click here to Edit Address’. Before entereing a new address please assure that this addess is not already setup as ‘Account Approved Address’.

Order status - can I see all orders processed with Schaeffler?

All orders placed with the respective account number can be seen here. This includes all orders placed in the Schaeffler Store, manually placed orders (fax, phone) as well as orders sent via PTport.

Order status -the number of order lines in order status is not the the same as in the PO

When the order has delivery schedules, each scheduled date will be displayed as an own line.

Engineering - how do I get engineering information?

In the Product Details screen the tab ‘Product Attributes’ provides basic data to the product. In the tab ‘Product Information’ a link to medias® with detailled technical information to the respective product may be opened.
On the Storefront a Link to the medias®storefront may be opened with a click on the logo.
